NEW JERSEY REAL ESTATE MARKET

The U.S. existing home-sale improved for a second month in a row, jumping 9.5% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.38 million units exceeding the economist's expectation and marking the largest market gain in a year according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
